What you'll need:
- 4 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick
 - 1/2 cup tequila
 - 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
 - 2 tsp lime zest
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1/2 tsp kosher salt
 - 1 tsp prepared horseradish
 - 2 bay leaves

What you need to do:
- Mix tequila, pepper, horseradish, bay leaves, lime zest and garlic in a heavy plastic bag. Add steaks and rotate to distribute mixture evenly over steaks. Let sit in refrigerator over night.
 - On a preheated grill, cook steaks, brushing with remaining marinade, until done. Turn once during cooking time, about 12 minutes.
 - Season with salt and serve.
 - Enjoy.

Pretty easy right?
